CRAIG A. LEVALLEY

Mr. LeValley is a graduate of Stockton State College and Rutgers University Law School. He has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1989, No. 832669, the West Pasco Bar Association, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. LeValley has been a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer since August 1, 1996. For many years, Mr. LeValley has focused his trial experience and strong negotiating skills in the representation of property owners with difficult insurance claims. He has successfully litigated hundreds of sinkhole losses for his clients against insurance companies throughout Florida, including jury trials, appraisals, arbitrations, in both State and Federal Courts and in mediations. Mr. LeValley is the lead trial attorney for the firm.

PETER A. NAPOLITANO

Mr. Napolitano is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and Stetson College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar since 1992 , No. 932833 and is a member of the West Pasco Bar Association, Hernando County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. After graduating from Stetson College of Law, Mr. Napolitano began practicing law as a sole practitioner and served on the Finance Advisory Board for the City of Largo and as an adjunct professor for Hillsborough Community College. His practice of law included the representation of physicians, pharmacists, clinics, surgical and diagnostic centers, and related entities within the medical community in many areas including insurance, billing, collections, business and real estate. Mr. Napolitano is a member of The Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund and was a principal in a Title Insurance Company focusing his expertise on title insurance disputes. As a partner of LeValley & Napolitano, P.L., Mr. Napolitano now focuses his business, personal and negotiating skills on the representation of property owners in all first party Insurance claims and other complex civil litigation.

JOHN F. B. MCMENAMIN, JR.

Mr. McMenamin is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and Nova Southeastern University Law School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has been employed by this firm since 1991 in various full and part-time capacities including investigator, law clerk and office manager prior to joining the firm as an attorney. During his academic career, Mr. McMenamin continued his involvement with the firm, working to develop and implement litigation strategies as well as providing legal research and support. Mr. McMenamin became a member of the Florida Bar in 2002, Number 0571520, and is currently involved with all aspects of litigation within this firm, focusing on first party property claims involving fire, sinkhole, and various other types of insurance claims on behalf of home and commercial property owners statewide.
